Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer care team at satya@satyajohri.com or +91-9314420143.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only if:

    • You have canceled the order within the allowed time frame (24 hours).

    • You have received a defective or damaged product and have notified us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

  • Products that are custom-made, engraved, or personalized are not eligible for cancellation or refund unless they are defective or damaged.


Refund Process

  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original source of payment (credit/debit card, bank account, or wallet used during purchase).

  • Refunds shall be initiated within 7 working days from the date of approval.

  • Please note that the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards, personalized or engraved products, and items purchased under clearance or special promotions are not eligible for refunds.
